Pours the colour of freshly squeezed grapefruit jiuce, with a strong citric perfume aroma. Maybe some orange peel as well, but the bottle talks up the pink grapefruit. Hazy light orange with a thin white cover that lasts about half way through. Mellow, but a firm citric rind, grapefruit rind note and some mild coriander. Light-medium body, crisp clean finish. A very pleasant and refreshing beer
